West End Farmers' Market

We started at the West End Farmers' Market last Sunday with a great response! Looking forward to returning this week!

Until April 6th, we will be making product ahead of market. After the 6th, we will be operating the Physis Foods mobile kitchen in Windsor, and making period trips between markets to refresh our offerings.

Marin County!

Yesterday we received our County of Marin Environmental Health Services vehicle permit!
We are now legally able to visit markets in Marin as well as Sonoma!

Oakmont Certified Farmers' Market

We've added our first "remote" sales stand!

Physis Foods is now selling at the Oakmont Certified Farmers' Market while our kitchen is in operation at the Santa Rosa Community Farmers' Market (@ the vets).

We've been very happy with our first markets in Oakmont! Thank You!

Cloverdale Citrus Fair

This Sunday @ 1pm! Physis will be doing a live chef demo at this year's Cloverdale Citrus Fair! We'll be offering samples of several soups, along with a small plate demoing use of our stocks. I'm told we'll be near the wine tastings, so stop by for a lunchtime snack!

Beet Soup

Beet Soup, aka. Borscht, is one of those soups that's a combination of sweet and savory. Beets, great for the body, are full of antioxidants. Recent studies have shown beets increase blood flow to the brain.

Beet Soup can be eaten cold or hot and recipes date back to medieval times. This batch has been made with some of our Roasted Vegetable Stock to provide a variety of background flavors.

Physis will have Beet Soup, along with a heirloom braised greens soup & more for sale on Tuesday morning in Petaluma!
